UgCS Commander run

To successfully start using UgCS Commander, it needs to run the .exe file from the received archive folder.

Also, the UgCS client must be installed https://manuals.ugcs.com/ and run as well as UgCS Server, Pixhawk/APM Vehicle Specific Module (VSM), and Geoserver (used for custom map overlay and elevation data) as system service.
